Hola mi amigos! How y’all doin’?
Today, I’m showing you my first ever attempt at making crepes.
This is the *modified* recipe I used. (It’s in the description box)
The lighting isn’t so good because I had to cook these at night. I would have cooked them in the afternoon, but I broke all 3 eggs needed for this recipe and there was no more 😐 well done, self. So I had to wait until my mum came back from the night market with more eggs.
The pictures capture the process from after my mum came back and I could continue adding everything else.
The setup is so neat! That’s cuz this recipe is super duper easy.
I had to strain the batter because it was too lumpy, and I’m glad I did. You can see the smooth batter on the left vs the lumpy one on the right.
First attempt. I accidentally sort of burnt it but I think it’s still edible. (my brother ate it anyway)
2nd attempt looking batter! 😉 (Hehe, like my pun?)
3rd attempt, which doesn’t look much different from the 2nd. Everything just went uphill from there.
All done! Sorry for the darkness.
It was sooooooooo delicious 😆 I’m so glad I decided to make more food. I guess that’s another goal for me this year. (I really should make a list of New Year’s Resolutions)
