Today, I just read a post of Zella hitting a block. Not literally, just a blogging block. (HAH get it?!)

If you do not know what Blogger’s Block is, it is basically just when you, a blogger, have no ideas, no inspiration, no motivation, no whatever to blog! Something like a Writer’s Block but this is a blogging version 🙂
Anyway…. since I’m sure bloggers might (or might not) hit Blogger’s Block SOMETIME during their blogging journey, I decided to “write” a letter to those going through that horrible block and how to solve that.
(Yes I thought up the name title Blogger’s Block- I hope it isn’t already a thing)
You know what Blogger’s Block does to those NOT going through that block?! We lose some bloggers for a while because they go on a break or something!
This is why we must make it as scarce as possible! *trumpet blast*
If you are the blogger with the dreaded Blogger’s Block, you’ve opened the right post to read!! 😀
Here’s your letter:
Dear Blogger with Blogger’s Block:
I know what it feels like to have Blogger’s Block (no wait, actually I don’t but I did NEARLY hit it!) So if that is you right now, you must read this letter because it’s filled with tips and ideas for you!
Tip #1: Read Some Motivating Blogging Quotes. Here are a few of my favourites:
Or, if you find these unhelpful, look up some encouraging/motivating/inspiring quotes (I recommend the ones for kids because they’re soooo cheerful!)
Tip #2: Google “Blog Post Ideas”. Or something along those lines. I did that when I NEARLY hit Blogger’s Block (thankfully I didn’t)
Tip #3: Read Others’ Posts for Ideas. I know, I know, you’re probably thinking, “That will be copying if I try to do a post like that!!” Well, have you ever thought of combining several types of posts to make one ultimate post?! I haven’t tried it but am possibly going to do so soon!
If you DO want to do something rather similar to another blogger’s post, remember to ask for permission from him/her first and give credit in the post itself!!
Tip #4: Take a Break. If you cannot take the stress of blogging any longer, just take a break. It wouldn’t hurt anyone. It’s your own body and mind you have to take care of anyway 🙂 Just make sure you return though! XD
Tip #5: Update/Re-design Your Blog. What?! Yeah that’s right! You’re still doing something on your blog so you won’t feel like you’re neglecting it and once you’re done, you can make a post all about gushing over how cute and professional-looking your new blog design is! 😉
