This computer which I’m using has been laggy ever since yesterday, so I’ll have to put off reading your posts if I want to post. I’ll be able to read some of your posts, though.
Thankfully, my brother thought of something: he connected some cable thingy from the WiFi and now it’s not as laggy anymore! 😀 Thanks, bro!
On Sunday, a few of my fellow Rangers (some Christian scouts) were complaining about school and studying.
My leaders were like, “You better appreciate being a student now, where you’re so carefree! When you start working, you’ll have a lot of stress and responsibility!”
The Rangers replied, “But at least you get money in return. In studying, what do you get in return?”
I nearly wanted to say, “You get knowledge,” but decided to hold my tongue. My mum said that when you study, you get knowledge, which will help in your jobs next time 😉
(that was mainly what inspired this post)
Last year, at a Girls’ camp I went to, they thought us to be the best at whatever God has decided for you to do/ be! For instance, if you’re a student now, be the best student! If you’re a doctor, be the best doctor! If you’re a teacher, be the best teacher!
So I strive to be the best student that I can. Study hard, work hard, be disciplined.
So if you think that studying and school is terrible, horrible, and useless, then think again! It will help you in your future next time.
So don’t get discouraged. It’ll eventually end, it’ll pay off, and you’ll thank your parents for *forcing* you to study.
It’s all part of God’s plan. Do you trust Him?
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Hopefully you all got encouraged by this or that you realise something new.
Trust in Him. Jesus Loves You! 🙂
Do you trust Him? Do you think you’re the best at whatever you’re doing?
